Marketly.ee er en annonceringsplatform, der forbinder købere og sælgere. Platformen er ikke part i nogen transaktion. Alle transaktioner foregår direkte mellem brugere. Brugere er ansvarlige for indholdet og nøjagtigheden af deres annoncer.
Du skal være mindst 18 år for at oprette en konto. Du er ansvarlig for at holde dine loginoplysninger sikre. Hver konto er personlig og må ikke deles med andre.
Annoncer skal være ærlige og nøjagtige. Svigagtige, vildledende eller ulovlige annoncer er forbudt. Platformens team kan fjerne ikke-overensstemmende annoncer uden varsel.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee er ikke ansvarlig for transaktioner mellem brugere, herunder produktkvalitet, levering eller betalinger. Du bruger platformen på eget ansvar.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
Vi forbeholder os retten til at ændre disse vilkår. Væsentlige ændringer meddeles via e-mail. Ved at fortsætte med at bruge platformen efter ændringer accepterer du de opdaterede vilkår.
