Durch die Nutzung der Marketly.ee-Plattform stimmen Sie den folgenden Bedingungen zu.
Marketly.ee ist eine Kleinanzeigenplattform, die Käufer und Verkäufer zusammenbringt. Die Plattform ist keine Partei bei Transaktionen. Alle Transaktionen werden direkt zwischen den Nutzern durchgeführt. Die Nutzer sind für den Inhalt und die Richtigkeit ihrer Inserate verantwortlich.
Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein, um ein Konto zu erstellen. Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihrer Anmeldedaten verantwortlich. Jedes Konto ist persönlich und darf nicht mit anderen geteilt werden.
Inserate müssen ehrlich und korrekt sein. Betrügerische, irreführende oder illegale Inserate sind verboten. Das Plattform-Team kann nicht konforme Inserate ohne Vorankündigung entfernen.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee ist nicht verantwortlich für Transaktionen zwischen Benutzern, einschließlich Produktqualität, Lieferung oder Zahlungen. Sie nutzen die Plattform auf eigenes Risiko.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen zu ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen werden per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Durch die weitere Nutzung der Plattform nach Änderungen stimmen Sie den aktualisierten Bedingungen zu.
