Χρησιμοποιώντας την πλατφόρμα Marketly.ee, αποδέχεστε τους ακόλουθους όρους.
Το Marketly.ee είναι μια πλατφόρμα αγγελιών που συνδέει αγοραστές και πωλητές. Η πλατφόρμα δεν είναι μέρος καμίας συναλλαγής. Όλες οι συναλλαγές πραγματοποιούνται απευθείας μεταξύ χρηστών. Οι χρήστες είναι υπεύθυνοι για το περιεχόμενο και την ακρίβεια των αγγελιών τους.
Πρέπει να είστε τουλάχιστον 18 ετών για τη δημιουργία λογαριασμού. Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τη διατήρηση της ασφάλειας των διαπιστευτηρίων σας. Κάθε λογαριασμός είναι προσωπικός και δεν πρέπει να μοιράζεται με άλλους.
Οι αγγελίες πρέπει να είναι ειλικρινείς και ακριβείς. Δόλιες, παραπλανητικές ή παράνομες αγγελίες απαγορεύονται. Η ομάδα της πλατφόρμας μπορεί να αφαιρέσει μη συμμορφούμενες αγγελίες χωρίς ειδοποίηση.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Το Marketly.ee δεν ευθύνεται για συναλλαγές μεταξύ χρηστών, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ποιότητας προϊόντων, παράδοσης ή πληρωμών. Χρησιμοποιείτε την πλατφόρμα με δική σας ευθύνη.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
