Is ardán fógraí aicmithe é Marketly.ee a cheanglaíonn ceannaitheoirí agus díoltóirí. Ní páirtí san idirbheart é an t-ardán. Déantar gach idirbheart go díreach idir úsáideoirí. Tá úsáideoirí freagrach as ábhar agus cruinneas a bhfógraí.
Ní mór duit a bheith 18 mbliana d'aois ar a laghad chun cuntas a chruthú. Tá tú freagrach as do dhintiúir logáil isteach a choinneáil slán. Tá gach cuntas pearsanta agus ní mór gan é a roinnt le daoine eile.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Ní bhíonn Marketly.ee freagrach as idirbhearta idir úsáideoirí, lena n-áirítear cáilíocht an táirge, seachadadh nó íocaíochtaí. Úsáideann tú an t-ardán ar do phriacal féin.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
