Með notkun Marketly.ee vettvangsins samþykkir þú eftirfarandi skilmála.
Marketly.ee er smáauglýsingavettvangur sem tengir kaupendur og seljendur. Vettvangurinn er ekki aðili að neinum viðskiptum. Öll viðskipti fara beint fram milli notenda. Notendur bera ábyrgð á efni og nákvæmni auglýsinga sinna.
Þú verður að vera a.m.k. 18 ára til að stofna reikning. Þú berð ábyrgð á að halda innskráningarupplýsingum þínum öruggum. Hver reikningur er persónulegur og má ekki deila með öðrum.
Auglýsingar verða að vera heiðarlegar og nákvæmar. Sviksamlegar, villandi eða ólöglegar auglýsingar eru bannaðar. Vettvangsliðið getur fjarlægt auglýsingar sem brjóta reglur án fyrirvara.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee ber ekki ábyrgð á viðskiptum milli notenda, þar á meðal vörugæðum, afhendingu eða greiðslum. Þú notar vettvanginn á eigin ábyrgð.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að breyta þessum skilmálum. Verulegar breytingar verða tilkynntar með tölvupósti. Með áframhaldandi notkun vettvangsins eftir breytingar samþykkir þú uppfærðu skilmálana.
