Marketly.ee ir sludinājumu platforma, kas savieno pircējus un pārdevējus. Platforma nav darījumu puse. Visi darījumi notiek tieši starp lietotājiem. Lietotāji ir atbildīgi par savu sludinājumu saturu un precizitāti.
Lai izveidotu kontu, Jums jābūt vismaz 18 gadus vecam. Jūs esat atbildīgs par savu pieteikšanās datu drošību. Katrs konts ir personīgs un to nedrīkst koplietot.
Sludinājumiem jābūt godīgiem un precīziem. Krāpnieciski, maldinoši vai nelikumīgi sludinājumi ir aizliegti. Platformas komanda var bez brīdinājuma noņemt neatbilstošus sludinājumus.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee nav atbildīgs par lietotāju savstarpējiem darījumiem, ieskaitot preču kvalitāti, piegādi vai maksājumiem. Jūs izmantojat platformu uz savu risku.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
Mēs paturam tiesības mainīt šos noteikumus. Par būtiskām izmaiņām tiks paziņots pa e-pastu. Turpinot izmantot platformu pēc izmaiņām, Jūs piekrītat atjauninātajiem noteikumiem.
