Billi tuża l-pjattaforma Marketly.ee, taqbel mat-termini li ġejjin.
Marketly.ee hija pjattaforma ta' reklami klassifikati li tgħaqqad xerrejja u bejjiegħa. Il-pjattaforma mhijiex parti fi xi tranżazzjoni. It-tranżazzjonijiet kollha jsiru direttament bejn l-utenti. L-utenti huma responsabbli għall-kontenut u l-preċiżjoni tar-reklami tagħhom.
Trid tkun mill-inqas 18-il sena biex toħloq kont. Int responsabbli li żżomm il-kredenzjali tad-dħul tiegħek siguri. Kull kont huwa personali u m'għandux jinqasam ma' oħrajn.
Ir-reklami jridu jkunu onesti u preċiżi. Reklami frodolenti, qarrieqa jew illegali huma projbiti. It-tim tal-pjattaforma jista' jneħħi reklami mhux konformi mingħajr avviż.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee mhijiex responsabbli għal tranżazzjonijiet bejn l-utenti, inkluż il-kwalità tal-prodott, kunsinna jew ħlasijiet. Int tuża l-pjattaforma b'riskju tiegħek.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
