Door het Marketly.ee-platform te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met de volgende voorwaarden.
Marketly.ee is een advertentieplatform dat kopers en verkopers met elkaar verbindt. Het platform is geen partij bij transacties. Alle transacties worden direct tussen gebruikers uitgevoerd. Gebruikers zijn verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud en juistheid van hun advertenties.
U moet minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn om een account aan te maken. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig houden van uw inloggegevens. Elk account is persoonlijk en mag niet met anderen worden gedeeld.
Advertenties moeten eerlijk en nauwkeurig zijn. Frauduleuze, misleidende of illegale advertenties zijn verboden. Het platformteam kan niet-conforme advertenties zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving verwijderen.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee is niet verantwoordelijk voor transacties tussen gebruikers, inclusief productkwaliteit, levering of betalingen. U gebruikt het platform op eigen risico.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
We behouden ons het recht voor deze voorwaarden te wijzigen. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden per e-mail gecommuniceerd. Door het platform na wijzigingen te blijven gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met de bijgewerkte voorwaarden.
