Vi bruker data for å levere og forbedre tjenesten, vise annonser, gi støtte og sikre sikkerhet. Analysedata brukes samlet for å forbedre plattformen.
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under GDPR Article 6: (a) Performance of a contract — to provide the marketplace service; (b) Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention, security, and improving the platform; (c) Legal obligation — to comply with Estonian and EU law; (d) Consent — for optional features such as marketing emails and analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Vi bruker følgende tredjepartstjenesteleverandører for å drive plattformen: Stripe (betalingsbehandling, Irland), Supabase (databasehosting, EU), Vercel (applikasjonshosting, EU edge), Resend (transaksjonse-post), Sentry (feilovervåking), Cloudflare (CDN og lagring), Google Analytics (webanalyse, kun med ditt samtykke). Hver leverandør behandler data i henhold til sin egen personvernerklæring og GDPR-kompatible databehandlingsavtaler.
Vi beholder dine personopplysninger så lenge kontoen din er aktiv. Etter sletting av konto anonymiseres dataene dine innen 30 dager og slettes permanent innen 90 dager. Transaksjonsdata beholdes i 7 år i henhold til regnskapsregler.
