Genom att använda plattformen Marketly.ee godkänner du följande villkor.
Marketly.ee är en annonsplattform som kopplar samman köpare och säljare. Plattformen är inte part i någon transaktion. Alla transaktioner sker direkt mellan användare. Användare ansvarar för innehållet och riktigheten i sina annonser.
Du måste vara minst 18 år för att skapa ett konto. Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter säkra. Varje konto är personligt och får inte delas med andra.
Annonser måste vara ärliga och korrekta. Bedrägliga, vilseledande eller olagliga annonser är förbjudna. Plattformsteamet kan ta bort icke-överensstämmande annonser utan förvarning.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee ansvarar inte för transaktioner mellan användare, inklusive produktkvalitet, leverans eller betalningar. Du använder plattformen på egen risk.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra dessa villkor. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas via e-post. Genom att fortsätta använda plattformen efter ändringar godkänner du de uppdaterade villkoren.
