Marketly.ee platformunu kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul edersiniz.
Marketly.ee, alıcılar ve satıcıları buluşturan bir ilan platformudur. Platform hiçbir işlemin tarafı değildir. Tüm işlemler doğrudan kullanıcılar arasında gerçekleştirilir. Kullanıcılar ilanlarının içeriğinden ve doğruluğundan sorumludur.
Hesap oluşturmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. Giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Her hesap kişiseldir ve başkalarıyla paylaşılmamalıdır.
İlanlar dürüst ve doğru olmalıdır. Dolandırıcı, yanıltıcı veya yasa dışı ilanlar yasaktır. Platform ekibi uygun olmayan ilanları önceden haber vermeksizin kaldırabilir.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee, ürün kalitesi, teslimat veya ödemeler dahil olmak üzere kullanıcılar arasındaki işlemlerden sorumlu değildir. Platformu kendi riskinizle kullanırsınız.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
Bu şartları değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikler e-posta yoluyla bildirilecektir. Değişikliklerden sonra platformu kullanmaya devam ederek güncellenmiş şartları kabul edersiniz.
