By using the Marketly.ee platform, you agree to the following terms.
Marketly.ee is a classifieds platform connecting buyers and sellers. The platform is not a party to any transaction. All transactions are conducted directly between users. Users are responsible for the content and accuracy of their listings.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is personal and must not be shared with others.
Listings must be honest and accurate. Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings are prohibited. The platform team may remove non-compliant listings without notice.
The following are not permitted on the platform: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, hate speech, misleading listings, spam, and any content that violates Estonian or EU law. See our Prohibited Items Policy at /legal/prohibited-items for the full list. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. Free plan users are not charged. Pro and Business plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
Marketly.ee is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. In case of a dispute between users, we encourage you to contact the other party directly. If you need assistance, you may contact our support team at info@marketly.ee. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Marketly.ee is not responsible for transactions between users, including product quality, delivery, or payments. You use the platform at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. By continuing to use the platform after changes, you agree to the updated terms.
